📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Assist in the development of a positive work environment through team-building activities.
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP or HRCI) is a plus.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
