📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist head chefs in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality and consistent food preparation.
• Perform daily kitchen tasks such as prepping ingredients, cooking, and cleaning.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
• Learn and apply new cooking techniques and recipes under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
