Bale Udang Bali is seeking a professional bartender to join our team in Kuta, Bali. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about mixology, has excellent customer service skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests,Maintain a clean and organized bar area,Stock and manage inventory of bar supplies,Recommend and suggest new drink recipes to the management,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction,Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment,Assist in training and mentoring new bartenders,Participate in inventory management and cost control

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes,Excellent customer service and communication skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment,Good multitasking and time management skills,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Passion for creating unique and delicious drink experiences
