You will use our in-house CRM system, Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track collection progress. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to overdue payments.
• Implement collection strategies to recover overdue amounts.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions and track collection progress.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the credit department to resolve complex collection issues.
• Generate and analyze collection reports to identify trends and improve collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or collections.
• Proficient in using Salesforce CRM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial services industry.
• Certification in customer service or collections is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
