📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement robust HSSE frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards to prevent accidents and injuries
• Provide training and education to employees on HSSE best practices and procedures
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and environmental standards
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HSSE considerations into all aspects of operations
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance
• Report and analyze HSSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSSE management and compliance
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) or Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders
• Proficient in using HSSE management software, such as SAP EHS or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address HSSE issues
