In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of film production, including script development, casting, location scouting, and post-production. You will work closely with our directors, producers, and crew to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and creativity. With a salary range of IDR 25,000,000 to 40,000,000 per month, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing film production company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the creative vision and artistic direction of film projects from pre-production to post-production.
• Develop and refine scripts, ensuring they align with the studio's creative standards and market demands.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and crew to manage production schedules and budgets.
• Conduct casting calls and select talent that best fits the creative vision of the project.
• Scout and secure filming locations, ensuring they meet the creative and logistical requirements of the project.
• Manage post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and visual effects, to achieve the highest quality final product.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster innovation and collaboration within the team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintain high-quality control throughout the production process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in film production, with a strong background in creative direction.
• Proven track record in managing high-impact film projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Autodesk Maya.
• Certification in film production or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with the film industry in Bangka Belitung and a strong network of local and international contacts.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
