📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software, such as SAP PM and Maximo, to monitor equipment performance and predict potential failures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, implementing best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of equipment failures.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, continuously optimizing maintenance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, with a strong background in industrial equipment and machinery.
Proven expertise in predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM and Maximo.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Ability to travel, both locally and internationally, as required by the role.
