Salon Hana Shop is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Assess employee training needs and develop training plans accordingly,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their performance,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with company goals,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with training software and tools,Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus,Ability to travel to different locations within the company as needed
