📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design customized training solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to facilitate their learning and development.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations within Sulawesi Tengah.
