Dongyang Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal and Compliance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will play a crucial role in managing legal risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement legal and compliance policies and procedures.,Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team.,Conduct legal and compliance audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.,Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise on their impact.,Manage and oversee legal and compliance training for employees.,Handle legal disputes and litigations, if necessary.,Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations.,Maintain and update the company's legal and compliance documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles in a financial institution or related industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to finance and business.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Certification in legal or compliance-related fields is a plus.
