📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure business continuity.,Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring to identify and address emerging risks.,Provide leadership and guidance to the risk management team, ensuring the effective implementation of risk mitigation measures.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute risk management policies and procedures.,Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management, highlighting key risk issues and recommendations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including insurance providers, auditors, and regulatory bodies.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and mitigating risks in a complex business environment.,Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, tools, and techniques.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the Real Estate MNC sector is a plus.
