This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our electric vehicle (EV) industry initiatives. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the overall strategic growth of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the EV industry.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry leaders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.,Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for sales and marketing teams.,Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the EV industry and its market dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using business development and CRM software.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
