📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive sales growth.,Achieve and surpass individual sales targets and contribute to team success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
