📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible prices and quality of ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to food service and safety.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
