PT Bukit Sakti is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Sragen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained to meet customer expectations.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in regular meetings with the restaurant team to discuss performance and address any concerns.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
