Mandiri Construction is seeking a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team in Maros. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can start right away. The Personalia Staff will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
