📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications as prescribed by the physician.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care area, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
