🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and best practices.,Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with financial services and banking operations is a plus.
