Data Smart Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Inventory Staff to join our team in Bengkulu. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation in the supply chain.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage procurement and replenishment.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
