📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the delivery service in the assigned area,Manage and supervise a team of delivery personnel,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers,Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction,Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members,Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and customer feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or delivery industry,Strong knowledge of logistics operations and delivery management,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Proficient in using logistics management software,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
