📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
