Sentosa Bumi Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our team in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons for students of all levels.,Create and maintain lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the curriculum and student needs.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their English skills.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.,Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in English language teaching.,Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation and engagement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and performance.,Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English in a formal educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian educational system and curriculum.,Proficiency in English language skills, both spoken and written.,Experience with teaching English to students of varying ages and ability levels.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms.

🛠️ Keahlian

Teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) certification is a plus.Experience with teaching English online or through distance learning is a plus.Knowledge of educational assessment and evaluation methods.Ability to create and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using educational software and tools.
