📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers responsible for the development and maintenance of the Databricks SQL Control Plane.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and deployment of new features and improvements to the SQL engine.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the SQL Control Plane integrates seamlessly with other components of the Databricks platform.
  • Set technical direction and best practices for the engineering team.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the SQL Control Plane.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues and ensure system reliability.
  • Work closely with product managers to prioritize and plan engineering efforts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on data engineering or distributed systems.
  • Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and data processing frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
