📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating team activities to ensure efficient workflow.,Support the Team Leader in setting and achieving team goals.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.,Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in training and developing team members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Maintain accurate records and reports for team activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
