📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing new menu items and recipes.,Oversee the daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Ensure the quality and consistency of all food preparations and presentations.,Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Monitor food costs and make recommendations for cost-effective purchasing.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Head Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
