Rumah Sakit Gita Bakery is seeking a dedicated Assistant Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Ubud, Bali. We are looking for a friendly and professional individual who can provide excellent customer service and support our front desk operations.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 3.000.000 to Rp 7.000.000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Answer and direct inquiries regarding hospital services, facilities, and policies.

Check-in and check-out guests and patients, and manage reservations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest and patient information.

Handle front desk transactions, including payments and refunds.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Promote a clean and organized front desk area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
