📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the Department Head in managing and leading the team, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures.,Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and quality control.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Handle staff recruitment, training, and development.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of HR management and labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using office software and HR management systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or upscale hotel is a plus.
