📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to oncology patients, including chemotherapy administration, wound care, and pain management.,Assess and monitor patients' health status, documenting all findings accurately and promptly.,Educate patients and their families about their treatment plans, side effects, and self-care strategies.,Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care area, adhering to infection control protocols.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.,Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and protocols.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.,Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology nursing or related field.,Strong knowledge of oncology principles, protocols, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
