📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations and laws.
  • Manage a team of tax consultants, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct tax audits and reviews, identifying areas of tax risk and opportunity.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their tax refunds.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that all tax-related matters are addressed.
  • Prepare and present tax-related reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Certification in tax accounting or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
