📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage cash handling and inventory to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Promote the bakery's products and services to customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in a leadership role is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
