📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Process payroll using SAP Payroll and other relevant software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems such as BambooHR.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR analytics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or payroll processing.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as BambooHR.
- Experience with payroll software like SAP Payroll is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
