📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities for heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate with technicians and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using SAP and other relevant software.
• Assist in the procurement and inventory management of spare parts and equipment.
• Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and improve processes.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Experience in a port or logistics environment is a plus.
