📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the management and stakeholders.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's payroll and ensure compliance with local labor laws.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Monitor and control the company's cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and salaries.,Provide financial analysis and advice to the management team.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the fashion industry is a plus.
