📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage systems, and utility networks.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of projects and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for existing infrastructure to ensure long-term functionality and durability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and submit reports on project status, budget, and performance to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in civil infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and contractors as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure management, with a focus on oil palm plantations or similar large-scale projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex civil projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in using civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools like MS Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
